Food
We develop personalized menus based on your tastes and dietary needs. Your package includes:
- Appetizers for cocktail hour (may be served passed or stationed)
- Buffet Dinner (upgrade to family-style or plated dinner available)
- Menu consultation and personalized menu development

For Appetizer Receptions, we can replace the dinner menu with an extensive selection of passed and stationed appetizers.
Dessert
- Desserts/Cake and Dessert Station Set-up
- Cake-cutting and Plating Service
Catering Services
- One pre-event venue visit to review the room layout and floor-plan with your venue manager
- Catering staff to set up, serve, and clean up
- Serving-ware for buffet service (upgrade to family-style or plated meal service available)
- Plates and cutlery (choose either elegant eco-friendly disposables, or china)
- Table linen and cloth napkins
Staff arrives before meal service is scheduled to begin, and leaves after meal service ends.
Bartending Package
- Certified bartenders for up to five hours of service
- Nonalcoholic beverages
- Bar tools, cups, cocktail napkins, drink stirrers, and ice
