Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls
Options include Pork, Chicken or Tofu Fresh Rolls. Gluten Free, tofu option is vegan.Â
Mexican Street Tacos
Soft corn tortillas and cilantro-lime topping, with choice or two (2) fillings: beef, chicken, chorizo, beans. Â Gluten free.
Falafel
Spiced chickpea & herb fritter served with Tahini sauce. Vegan and gluten free.
Vegetable Pakora
Cauliflower, potatoes, onion, peppers, & spinach mixed with chickpea flour and deep fried. Vegan and gluten free.

Option 5: South Asian
Chicken Makhani (boneless chicken in a tomato-cream sauce), Curried Chickpeas, Fresh cheese with Spinach, and Cumin Rice. Gluten-free.
Option 6: East Asian
Thai red curry (with chicken or tofu), Beef with broccoli, Vegetable Mai Fen (rice noodles), and Jasmine Rice. Gluten free.
Gluten-Free Desserts
Flan
Baked custard topped with soft caramel. Contains dairy and egg. Gluten free.
Stroopwafels
European Dutch cinnamon waffle cookies, filled with caramel – Regular or Chocolate Dipped (can be gluten free).
