What types of events do you cater?
We cater weddings, corporate events, parties, private events, charity events, fundraising galas, graduations, and more. We have package options to fit most catering needs. We DO NOT offer personal chef services.
Do you offer customized menus?
Yes! We provide tailored menus based on your preferences, dietary restrictions, and event theme. Our team will work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of options for guests with dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, halal, Kosher-style, and more. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure to meet your needs.
Can I do a tasting before I book?
Yes! We offer tastings to help you narrow down your menu selections. Please schedule your tasting in advance, and we will coordinate a time that works best for you. We typically offer tasting appointments Tuesdays-Fridays, between 12:30pm and 6:30pm. We can accommodate weekend tastings on a case by case basis.
Do you have service fees or required gratuities that are added to invoices?
No! We do not have any hidden fees, and we do not charge automatic gratuities. If you feel that our staff has earned a tip, you are welcome to provide one.
Do you provide children’s meals?
We do not offer separate meals for children, however we can work with you to make sure you have menu items that are suitable for your guests’ age range. We do offer a discounted price per guest for children under the age of 11.
Do you offer desserts and cake cutting services?
Yes, we offer a variety of unique desserts to choose from. We also offer cake cutting services if you have ordered a wedding cake. The current cost for cake cutting services is $1 per guest and includes the plates, forks, napkins, and the cutting service.
Do you provide event staff?
Yes, we offer professional staff for events including chefs, waitstaff, bartenders, and event coordinators. Our team ensures everything runs smoothly from food preparation to service.
What is included in your catering packages?
Our packages include the food, set up and presentation (serving ware, signs, place settings), and service, but this may vary depending on your event and package selection. Some package add-ons include drink services and rentals (such as china, silverware, and linens). We can provide a full list of included services once we know your event details.
Do you provide bartending for events?
Yes, we offer a variety of bartending packages for weddings and events, from basic service-only to beverage/mixer packages and signature cocktail creation. You must purchase and transport the alcohol to the venue. Alcohol concierge service may be available on a case by case basis. Â
What is your pricing structure and the average cost of your services?
Pricing varies depending on factors such as the number of guests, menu selections, type of service requested, and equipment needed. We’ll provide you with a detailed quote based on your specific event requirements. We can work with you to create a package that fits your budget. The average cost for a full service catered event with us is about $70 per person. In Southeastern Pennsylvania, the average cost for wedding catering is typically between $50 and $75 per person depending on the chosen menu, service style and the catering company, with higher-end options reaching up to $125 per person
Do you handle rentals for linens, china, tables, and other items?
Yes, we offer rental services for things like linens, tables, chairs, china, and other event essentials. If there are specific items you need, we can assist in sourcing them or connect you with trusted rental partners.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a non-refundable deposit that is forfeit if you completely cancel your event with us. If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date for no additional charge. We will simply apply your existing deposit to your new date.
Do you have experience with large events?
Yes, we have experience handling both intimate gatherings and large-scale events with hundreds of guests. Our team is equipped to manage events of any size, and we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly regardless of the guest count.
How do I book your services?
Booking our services is easy! Simply reach out via our contact form, phone, or email. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your event, menu preferences, and logistics. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide a proposal and finalize the agreement. Your event is officially booked with us when you pay your deposit and sign the agreement.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to cater weddings and events of all sizes. We adhere to all local health and safety regulations, ensuring the safety and well-being of your guests. We can provide you or your venue with copies of our insurance certificates and licenses if needed.
What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
Our team is committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we have contingency plans in place to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. You can trust us to handle any challenges that may arise.
Can I provide my own food and beverages?
We can set up self-serve, appetizer platters, desserts, and beverages that you have provided, however we cannot guarantee the quality or ingredients of anything not provided by us. Tear down and cleanup may not be available for food that we have not provided.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve all of southeastern and central PA that are within approximately 2 hours of Lancaster, including the counties of York, Dauphin, Lebanon, Berks (Reading area), Chester, Adams, and Franklin, plus northern Maryland. If you’re unsure if we cover your area, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to confirm.
How do I make a payment?
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due closer to the event date. We have a 3% credit card processing fee.
How far in advance should I book my catering services?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for smaller events and 2-3 months for larger events to ensure availability. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings if possible.
Do you offer family-style or plated services?
Yes! While buffet services is the most popular choice, we can also do family-style or plated meal services. Family-style catering and plated dinners require more staff, serving ware, and larger kitchens/staging areas in order to execute well and therefore cost more than buffet catering.
Do you offer trash-hauling service?
Yes we do. Many venues do not provide dumpsters and require caterers to remove trash from the premises at the end of your event. Check with your venue to determine their trash policy and let us know if you need us to include trash hauling in your package.
