General Information

What types of events do you cater?

We cater large events such as weddings, fundraising galas, and corporate events, as well as smaller events such as rehearsal or welcome dinners, graduations, and retirement parties. 

We DO NOT offer personal chef services.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve all of southeastern and central Pennsylvania (from Franklin County in the west to the Lehigh Valley in the east):

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured to cater weddings and events of all sizes. We adhere to all local health and safety regulations and can provide copies of our insurance certificates and licenses if needed.

Do you have experience with large events?

Yes, we have experience handling both large-scale events with hundreds of guests, to small gatherings of fewer than 50 guests.

Menu & Food Options

Do you offer customized menus?

Yes! We custom-design menus for all clients, based on your food preferences, dietary restrictions, and event theme. 

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, certified halal, Kosher-style, and other dietary accommodations.

Do you provide children’s meals?

We do not offer separate children’s meals, but we can help create menu selections suitable for younger guests. We also offer discounted pricing for children under 10.

Do you offer desserts and cake-cutting services?

Yes, cake-cutting and plating service is included in our full-service package. We also offer a variety of desserts, if you’re interested in an assorted dessert station.

Can I provide my own food and beverages?

If we are providing the main meal, you may provide self-serve appetizers, desserts and beverages. Our staff can help set up these items you provide, but may not be available to teardown and clean up.

Service Styles & Event Staffing

Do you offer buffet, family-style, or plated service?

While buffet service is our most popular option, we also offer family-style and plated meal service. Read more about each service option.

Do you provide event staff?

Yes, we offer catering servers, bartenders, and event coordinators. Each event also includes a catering event manager.

Do you provide bartending services?

Yes, we offer a variety of bartending packages, from service-only options to mixer packages and signature cocktail creation.

What happens if something goes wrong during the event?

Our team is committed to ensuring that everything runs smoothly. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we have contingency plans in place to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

Packages, Rentals & Event Services

What is included in your catering packages?

Our full-service package includes everything you need for meal service: food, buffet or food station setup, all serving-ware, elegant disposable eating utensils, service staff to serve, replenish and clean up after the event, and travel time. You may build on this base package by adding beverage or bartending service, upgrading to china and glassware, upgrading to plated meal service, and so on. 

Our drop-off package also includes everything you need for meal service, including disposable serving-ware and eating utensils. However, service staff and clean-up is not included in this package.

Do you handle rentals for linens, china, tables, and other items?

Yes, we can provide rental items or connect you with trusted rental partners.

Do you offer trash-hauling service?

Yes. If your venue requires caterers to remove trash from the premises, we can include trash-hauling services in your package.

Tastings & Planning

Can I do a tasting before I book?

Yes! We offer tastings to help you finalize your menu selections. Tastings are generally available Tuesday–Friday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

How far in advance should I book my catering services?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 months for larger events, and 4–6 weeks in advance for smaller events.

Pricing & Payments

What is your pricing structure and average cost?

Pricing depends on guest count, menu selections, service style, and equipment needs. The average cost for a full-service catered event is approximately $70 per person (for 100 guests).

Do you have service fees or required gratuities?

No. We do not charge automatic gratuities or have any hidden fees.

How do I make a payment?

We accept credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments. We email invoices before the due date, with all this information.

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

How do I book your services?

Contact us via phone, email, or our website to get started. Our typical process is as follows:

  1. Submit a quote request form and receive a detailed catering quote
  2. Schedule a  consultation call to customize your package (food, beverage, services)
  3. Come in for a tasting appointment to discover your favorites
  4. Book your date by paying the deposit

We are available to answer whatever questions may arise along the way. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide an updated quote. Your event is officially booked with us when you accept the quote by signing it, and pay your catering deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your event with us. If you reschedule, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date and transfer your deposit to that date.
