Vegan catering is one our specialties, and it’s never going to be just a plate of vegetables! Our vegan catering menus bring together dishes from around the world that are brimming with flavor and naturally vegan. We don’t use imitation meats or cheeses.

Crispy wafers, potatoes, chickpeas and onion tossed with spices, and topped with assorted chutneys. Vegan and gluten-free.

Cauliflower, potatoes, onion, peppers,  & spinach mixed with chickpea flour and deep fried. Vegan and gluten free.

Cuban black beans and Sweet Plantains, served with Coconut Rice and Mango salsa. Vegan and gluten-free.

Option 2: Chinese

Sweet Chili Tofu, served with Stir-fried Mixed Vegetables, and Fried Rice. Vegan and gluten-free.

Option 3: Central African

Central African peanut stew, served with Jollof Rice and Congolese kale. Vegan and gluten-free.

Option 4: Mediterranean

Egyptian Moussaka (eggplant stew with bell peppers and potatoes), served on Rice pilaf with vermicelli, and green salad. Vegan.

Option 5: South Asian

Chana Masala (curried chickpeas), Saag Aloo (potatoes & spinach), Baingan Bharta (grilled eggplant mashed with tomatoes, onion and spices), and Cumin Rice. Vegan and gluten-free.
