Options include Thai Chicken Satay, Chicken or Beef Teriyaki, and Greek Souvlaki. Gluten free.

Options include: Hummus, Dolma (stuffed grape leaves), Baba Ghanouj, Crudités and Olives. Vegan. Gluten free without flatbread.

Peruvian Ceviche

Fresh fish marinated in lemon juice and spices. Served with sweet potato, corn, and onion. Gluten free.

Caribbean Shrimp Salad

Shrimp, bell peppers, onion, cilantro, tossed in a fresh lime dressing. Gluten fee.

Options include Pork, Chicken or Tofu Fresh Rolls. Gluten Free, tofu option is vegan.

Soft corn tortillas and cilantro-lime topping, with choice or two (2) fillings: beef, chicken, chorizo, beans.  Gluten free.

Cauliflower, potatoes, onion, peppers,  & spinach mixed with chickpea flour and deep fried. Vegan and gluten free.

Garlic-marinated roast chicken (or pork), served with Yellow rice, Sweet Plantains, and Stewed Pinto Beans with Olives. Gluten-free.

Option 2: West African & the Diaspora

Jerk Chicken, and African Peanut Stew, served with Jamaican rice & peas, Braised Cabbage. Gluten-free.

Peruvian Seco de Carne (slow-cooked beef), served with White bean stew, and white rice. Gluten free.

Option 4: Mediterranean

Greek Souvlaki (pork, chicken, or shrimp), served with Greek Salad with Feta & Olives, Seasoned Chickpeas, and Rice Pilaf. Gluten free.

Option 5: South Asian

Chicken Makhani (boneless chicken in a tomato-cream sauce), Curried Chickpeas, Fresh cheese with Spinach, and Cumin Rice. Gluten-free.
